What Causes Constant Pulsing In Thigh And Pulsing In Vein On Forehead?
Yesterday, I started to have a constant pulsing in my right tight just above my knee. It has been pulsing 1+/second since then and throughout the night. Recently, I have also had a sporadic pulsing in a vein on my forehead as well as a minor pain in my right chest. Any thoughts?

These are just muscle twitchings due to nerve irritation supplying the muscles. These occur when the muscls are exhausted due to physical or mental stress.So just relax.
