What Causes Constant Nausea, Tiredness And Headache?

I started having headaches a few weeks ago. It has never been an issue in the past. I can t really identify a specific pattern, but it s pressure throughout the head. Over the past two weeks I ve developed a constant nausea (much like being pregnant), but that is impossible. I m 55 and don t have a uterus. I am a bit gassy (belching) too. Lastly, I m so tired all the time I just want to sleep. That s new too. I m usually very active. I ve never experienced this before. I m thinking either reflux or an ulcer. Is that in line with these symptoms ? YYYY@YYYY

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Nausea and feeling gassy usualy are signs of a gastrointestinal problem.A reflux or gastritis ,are possible diagnosis that can cause this symptom.

But feeling tired and sleepiness can be be explaned with the gastrointestinal conditions.

My advice is to do the TSH,fT3 and fT4 test because you may have Hypothyroidism that can explain most of your actual symptoms.

Anyway,if the symptoms persist, i suggets to consult your local doctor for the right diagnosis and treatement.
