What Causes Constant Nausea After Eating?

I am feeling constant nausea. Especially after eating and I cook fresh, wholesome ingredients. I experience abdominal cramps especially after eating fresh cheeses. so, I avoid dairy. I have developed inflamed tendons in my right hand and around the rotator s cuff on my left arm. 2 years ago I fell and broke the humerus on my right arm and the right hand has now the inflamed tendons. Have gone to hand doctor, got a cortisone injection, relieved me but not cured. went for hand therapy for 2 months and no improvement so I stopped. other symptoms: inability to lose weight, fatigued, leg cramps, restless legs, restless sleep, hard to stay asleep, night sweats, don t know what is happening to me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have detailed autoimmune work up as well as work up for malabsorption syndrome like a coeliac disease.

Food allergies or intolerance needs to be worked up alongside inflammatory bowel disease etc should also be looked into.

A gastroenterologist and a Rheumatologist review is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
