Hello,

Prolong headache with gastric upset can be from various reasons as
- hyperacidity induced neuronal irritation via vagus mechanics
- associated depression or stress hormone imbalance
- episodic hypertension
- migraine or AURA

Kindly revert back with all relevant investigations which have been taken out for the possible diagnosis of the condition, so that future action plans can be curtailed out.
