What Causes Constant Headache, Forgetfulness, Nausea And Vertigo?

I have been experiencing headaches for 6 months... They started 2-3 times a week, and gradually increased until they were everyday, but only in the afternoon. Now they are virtually always present. A month ago I had an "episode" where I couldn't remember where the keys were to type on the computer. Than I began to forget where I put my car keys ect. 2 weeks ago I started getting nauseous and also experiencing vertigo (though not always at the same time) The headaches are changing, pressure on back of head, neck pain, pressure on face and in right ear... I just had a MRI done and it came back normal. However I am in Romania and do not have a doctor that speaks English and their medical equipment is not so updated... Any help on what could be causing this?
