General & Family Physician 's  Response
Fever is a symptom of an underlying disease. There are many causes of fever such as malaria, typhoid, infectious mononucleosis, TB, Dengue etc. paracetamol is an anti – pyretic and it brings down fever.
Advice
1.     Azithral 500 mg daily per oral for 3 days
2.     Crocin 500 mg per oral if fever occurs
3.     Cold water sponging if fever is more than 100 degree Farenheight
4.     Investigations – CBC, ESR, Widal test, blood smear for malarial parasite, dengue NS1 antigen, test for chikungunya
Consult a doctor with reports if fever is not relieved by above measures.
Thanks
