Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fever commonly accompanies infection like urinary tract infection (UTI).
As you have mentioned that you are suffering from UTI, fever is expected to accompany UTI.
Orcef is an antibiotics used in various infections.
However, an urine culture followed by drug sensitivity should be done to isolate causative invective agent and drug sensitivity to identify the most suitable antibiotic effective against the causative bacteria.
Presence of more than 50 pus cells in stool can occur due to numerous causes like infection, abscess, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
However, disorders like IBD are not expected in a young child.
Infection is the most probable cause of presence of pus cells in stool.
A stool and urine culture may be done.
However, if the antibiotic is started, culture will not give desirable results.

Thanks and take care
