What Causes Constant Dizziness?

I have been having this wavy feeling continosly,. It all started on Jan 1. sumtims I feel it subsides . But past 2 days I ve been feeling quite unsteady such that I need to hold someone s hand while walking. I was on vertin 16 for 4 months , since May 8 doctor stopped vertin and put me on nootropil. I feel I can t balance . While standing or sitting, I feel my head moves without my permission.

Constant dizziness involves issue with cochlear vestibular part of inner ear, cerebellar disorder or else. It is recommended to re start Vertin and consult your neurophysician again by appointment.
