What Causes Constant Back Pain When Diagnosed With Hydronephrosis?
Hey, I ve been struggling with a bladder infection which may have now spread to my kidneys. I m on my 4th antibotic and I had an ultrasound done which showed my right kidney slightly englarged. I have been experiencing constant back pain and have just discovered a red mark the size of my palm in the middle of my back. Should I be concerned by this mark or is it unrelated?

If you have hydronephrosis, than continue your medicine regularly.
As your right kidney enlarged,it leads to pressure on your back nerves or spinal nerves, that leads to constant back pain.
Second thing, a red palm size mark on back may be due to enlarged kidney if it's on right side or may be skin itching.
Kindly visit your doctor for further diagnosis.
