What Causes Cold Hands And Feet After Switching From Pantoloc To Tecta?
I was recently on Pantaloc 40 mg for years for acid in stomach. Then it was switched by my doctor to Tecta 80 mg for about 3 months due to excess acid and I thought I was about to blow an ulcer. My blood creatinine went from 94 to 107 and my GFR went down to 44. At the same time, I noticed my hands and feet were colder than usual at this time of the year and my heart rate was only 60 when up and around and 48 in bed at night. Also I had acute anxiety attacks which I normally do not suffer from at all. I think the Tecta did it but my GP says not necessarily. Is it possible Tecta has these side effects? Will these values improve now that I m off Tecta and what else could have caused it?
