What Causes Cold Feeling In Hands, Knee And Crackling Pain In Knee?

I am 30 years from 3 months ago I felt Cold in joins in hands and more colder in my Knee, and some pain in my knee and Crackling in knee and in all joints of my body. I went to doctor and I took medicene, the pain decrease. but there is crackling in my knee it doesnt disappear. so what are reasons pain of cartilage and crackling? and what is best food for Cartilage? How long is therapy of Cartilage ? Can I do sport Like Running ? Thanks

no,wait,avoid sports & running,unless your doctor permits you,
consult orthopedician for physical examination,he may order for some tests to diagnose disease,
x-ray both knees,
blood test for esr,crp,tsh,cholesterol.
it may be due to over weight,
consult physiotherapist for exercise,
avoid alcohol,smoking,cola,coffee,junk foods,
take fresh fruits,
feedback.
