What Causes Cold Extremities In A Child?

My 22 month old son came home from daycare and noticed shortly after being home that his arms and feet were really cold. My husband then noticed that his arms were red, along with the bottom of his feet, nose, cheeks, and tips of his ears. In the spot I would touch his arms or feet, it would turn white. Like he wasn't getting any cirrculation? Could it be something he ate?

hi this could be a viral exanthem or a fever which is causing this. But if urine out put is low i would suggest you take him to the emergency room immediately. It could be a shock.
