What Causes Cluster Of Pus Filled Bumps On Thigh?

Hi i have these cluster of pus filled bumps on my thigh i started with a weird sensation that almost felt like chaffing or a burn but i had done neither a few days later i woke up to the cluster of blister bumps strange thing is more than a few months ago i had the blister bumps in the exacted same space on my thigh it appeared over the blackened spot that the previous set oh blister bumps left

The rash sounds herpetic/related to a herpes virus , this may be herpes 1 or 2 or the chicken pox virus (shingles, this is a herpes virus).

Herpes rashes are blister rashes that usually start off with an initial discomfort in the area.
They also tend to occur in the same spot.

Anti viral and pain medication may help
