What Causes Chronic Pain In Bones In Hip And Lower Spine Area?

my 80 yr old grandma is suffering from chronic pain in bones in hip and lower spine areas.her serum has been found to have normal levels of electrolytes,total protein & albumin, lipid levels, liver and renal function (including uric acid) tests except raised levels of following ie, Alkaline phosphatase = 765 U/L and Lactate dehydrogenase levels at 588 IU/L.Kindly suggest the probable pathological cause/s in her case leading to her symptoms and the raised levels of above mentioned enzymes. thanks
