What Causes Chronic Pain In Back Radiating To Leg?

Hello my back hurts badly in the morning times i ts mostly lower back in the center when I sit I can feel some crouching and sharp pain sometimes following it down my right leg. Any ideas if what this could be I m only 26 and the pains have grown worse over years

Usually the backpain radiating to one of the lower limb could be Sciatica (compression of Sciatic nerve)... low backpain could be due to prolonged sitting work... pain killers and physiotherapy is useful for pain relief...
