General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for sharing your query on Healthcaremagic, I have carefully worked through your case and you have a clear diagnostic ( Leiomyoma or Fibroids) that is the most common pathology abnormalities of the female genital tract, pain, anemia due menorrhagia ( excessive bleeding) pelvic cramping, infertility and abortion are just some of the symptoms
I advice you to eat a high protein diet, drink enough fluids, take vitamins supplements and limit your physical activity to avoid further complications.
A gynecologist should be consulted because the proper treatment depends of the size, symptoms and your physical condition, only your doctor can evaluate which treatment will work better for you ( hormonal treatment or hysterectomy ) Take care
Please kindly rate if my advise has been helpful
Wishing you a good health
