General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient,

this can be caused by very tense neck muscles. Often times this comes from a lot of computer work/ sitting, or very heavy work with lifting heavy things, and lack of healthy sports activities (like yoga, swimming, pilates). The tense muscles can cause headache, neck pain and dizzyness. This can be eased with local warmth pads, physical therapy and pain medication like ibuprofen and local injections (check with your md first for risks). However, to rule out any conditions with your spine or discs: if it doesn't get better, x-ray (and possibly mri) of the cervical spine is advisable. Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
