What Causes Chronic Cough And Elevated Heart Rate?
My right tonsil had this white streak this morning and the veins were very present. I went to go look like 3 mins later the pain moved down and then the streak was gone. I also woke up with a heart rate of 110 and my cough has gotton worse. What do I do?

In acute infection fever can occur along with increased heart rate
Your work up done as follow..
_CBC
_posterior pharynx examination
_throat swab culture
_Auscultation
_blood pressure measurement
_EKG if needed
For congestion relief levocetrizine can be prescribed..
If CBC shows high count with neutrophilia than antibiotic course prescribed
