General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Mechanical problems with the spine, muscles, tendons, and ligaments are the most common causes of lower right back pain. Other causes may include infections, kidney stones, or appendicitis. I suggest you to make abdominal ultrasound or MRI, blood test to find the cause of your problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
