What Causes Chest Pain,palpitations,pain In Shoulder, Arm And Sweating?

Heavy chest pains also in shoulder arm back and jaw sweats sickness and coughing with palpitations relived for maybe 10 mins with gtn spray echo and angio both inconclusive awaiting cardiac MRI Never smoked drink alcohol hardly ever aged 32 previously fit and active before starting with extremes tiredness chest X-ray shows mild cardiomeagly

Thanks for contacting HCM. Dear patient you could be having unstable angina. you need to get an E.C.G. at the time you get chest pains to find out the problem. If that is inconclusive too then you need Holter E.C.G. monitoring, when E.C.G. leads are left attached and left for 24 hours with portable E.C.G. recording. Regards
