What Causes Chest Pain In Individuals With A Normal ECG?

I am 32y old man having chest pain for last 4 months..I have an ECG that came back normal..Also got physical examinated by doctor and he ruled out any cardiac related problem...But my chest continue have pressure and pain almost daily..Can u tell me any medicine to get relief

Hello,

Likely to be gastritis or anxiety-related issue. Primary relieving guidelines
- Drink more liquids to maintain hydration.
- Dietary preference to avoid spices, nonveg which provokes gastritis.
- Regular walking, deep breathing exercises.
- PPI as omeprazole with tablet paracetamol two times a day helps.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption if using.
