hi mam, first of all congratulations for a baby.bony aches are not uncommon and can be relieved by calcium and vitamin D.regarding the chest pain,as its sharp and mainly occurs with deep breath, the following are the possibilities:
1)pleura(the covering membranes of lungs) inflammation or effusion(collection of fluid) that occurs in pneumonia, tuberculosis, viral infections etc.
2)pain due to muscle spasm.
please dont panic.in the first case, you will have other symptoms also like cough, fever, weight loss etc.you can rule out pleura and lung pathology by a simple chest x-ray or ultrasound chest.for muscle spasm, you can have an analgesic like paracetamol or aceclofenac.if the pain doesnt subside, then you can go for the above mentioned investigations.hope i'm clear.any other issues that i can deal with, please do write to us.take good care of yourself and baby.thank you.bye.
