What Causes Chest Pain And Palpitations?
i have had chest pain for about a month now right in center of chest. also having palpitations and feeling generally unwell. a few weeks back i went to hospital and had an ecg done with bloods and chest x ray and all were normal but im scared its my heart i am 35 year old female

I will advise fresh ECG, blood pressure monitoring and chest X-ray as per view.
If all ok, then go for relaxation techniques as deep breathing exercises.
Avoid tea, coffee, fast foods. Also, start any anti-acidity drug as Pantoprazole.
It is a prescription drug and you need to have a doctor prescription.
