Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!
Any chest pain must be immediately evaluated and checked for heart trouble, especially as you said you have has nitrates before and your pressure is high
*do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
*do you smoke or consume alcohol?
*what is your height and weight?
*any fever?
*how old are you?
I recommend :
-an physician visit right away or visit the Er.
-an electrocardiogram and an
echocardiogram.
-blood tests (
complete blood count, kidney & liver function tests,
lipid profile and blood sugar levels, cardiac enzymes )
Based on these we can check for
heart disease.
That said, nausea and
watery stools may Indicate food poisoning or
gastroenteritis.
-stay well hydrated (unless medically contraindicated.
-take oral rehydration solutions (100ml) after every loose stool to balance out lost electrolytes.
-avoid milk and sugar, and carbonated drinks.
-have toast with honey, rice, bananas, clear juice, tender coconut water, clear soups.
Your symptoms should get better in a couple of days with these remedies.
Indigestion could also be due to heart trouble.
I understand why you dislike hospitals, but it is better to get checked and know that all is well and there is nothing serious to worry about.
Hope this clarifies your concern. Thank you for the query.
Take care
Regards,
