What Causes Chest Pain Along With Breathlessness?

I had an episode of mild chest pain today that started in the center of the chest and to the back. I got dizzy, short of breath unable to swallow. this happened a couple of times in the past month and I have been feeling fatigued since the first episode and more common as time goes. Even happened in the middle of the night and woke me up. I m starting to get worried.

Hi,

This can be due to acid reflux disease most likely. You take lansoprazole and avoid acidic foods. You also stop smoking and take light meals in the evenings. However, if symptoms continue then report to the emergency room for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
