Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Chest Discomfort And Warm Sensation In The Body?
i went to the ER this weekend and I thought I was having heart issues, they ran test and everything came back negative and that s good. But I m having funny feelings in my chest, my sinus are bothering me and my body is warm. I m 50 years old and I workout just about everyday, what going on?
As you underwent all investigations related to heart issues and all are negative, that's good. So be relax. Is there any stress or any blunt trauma to chest? Kindly follow up with detailed history.
For sinus take steam inhalation for two to three times a day. For nasal blockage use nasoclear nasal drops. For pain or headache take tablet Tylenol after physician consultation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
General & Family Physician
