Hello,

Burning sensation while passing urine and or at the site of urethra usually indicates either you are taking very fewer amounts of water making the urine concentrated and feeling a burning sensation or else presence of urinary tract infections.

My suggestion, to get your urine analysis report and the presence of many pus cells indicate urinary tract infections and should take antibiotics to control it or else you should take plenty of fluids. Cranberry juice is protective against urinary tract infections.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
