General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It's better to get Doppler ultrasound of legs if associated with such pains and get fresh renal profile post contrast to rule out urea levels fluctuations as well as uric acid levels may be done. Rarely electrolytes imbalance may cause such symptoms in legs. Decision to get vascular surgeon review should be after the report of Doppler ultrasound.

Wishing her a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
