What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest Along With Backache?

I think I have gallbladder problem. I have real bad hearth burn about 15 min to 45 mins after eating. When bad chest and back pain. I don t know what to eat so I don t get the hearth burn and bad pain. I also am vomiting more often. then feel very hot when I m vomiting or have bowl movement follow by chills. For dinner I had tuna salad sandwich , that is all. heart burn bad chest and back pain. I was hitting my chest thinking I could release gas. I ended up vomiting chills.

eat healthy and simple food
don't eat spicy and fried food, avoid stale food

don't go to bed immediately after eating food .
do yoga and pranayan in the morning
meditation is also helpful to you

take pantoprazole twice a day for 5 days
take syp. ulpan 2 tsf thrice a day for 5 days
take gasex 2 tab thrice a dy for 5 days

if not resolved then consult gastroenterologist
do endoscopy for further management
ultrasound is also helpful.
