What Causes Burning Sensation In Right Lower Eyelid?
Right eye, lower eyelid inside is fine unless I touch that area and then it burns like fire!I have no redness, no spots, no discharge really no symptoms until I touch that area, or wash my face and run a wash cloth over my eye and then it burns and then within a couple it goes away.

* As per my clinical experience, severe burning without any skin eruptions may be part of reactivation of underlying Herpes Zoster virus.
* The Herpes Zoster virus usually reside dormant or silent within the nearby draining lymph nodes.
* When there is issue of lowered immune of the host , associated nutritional deficiencies, may provoke the reactivation of this type of infection.
