What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

I had a panty shield and it began to itch which normally happens.i took it off.later on i began visiting the bathroom frequently. Had burning sensations every time i pee.i rub with a cream the pharmacist gave me.the pain stopped. I continued the cream.the pain and frequent visits to the bathroom began again.i wiped a few minutes ago and notice a smage of blood on the tissue. Is that bad.what do i do

1. Most probably you are suffering from U.T.I. (Urinary Tract Infection= dysuria,fever, loin pain, pyelonephritis) as a result of frequent visit to public washroom and since female urethra is shorter thus it is easy for infection to travel inside.

2. Take plenty of fluids and water
3. Watch for vaginal candidiasis during antibiotic treatment.
4. If no relief, ask for Urine culture.
