General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of Acid reflux / IBS, liver issues or pancreatitis. Take antacids & PPI's for relieve. Stay well hydrated & take fiber rich food to avoid constipation (take laxatives at bed time). Get blood (liver function tests), stool tests along with abdominal USG to look for gall stones, liver & pancreatic inflammation. Get CT, MRI done. Your treatment will depend on the severity of your clinical condition & reports obtained.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
