What Causes Burning Pain And Pressure In The Lower Back?

Hello , I m having burning pain and pressure in my lower back , I have swelling where my hips are and I was born with a sixth lumbar vertebrae, fused with my sacrum. I don t know if this attributes to my pain. What could be causing this and what s the best treatment?

In the meantime, physiotherapy can help improve your situation. Other treatment options would be Pregabalin or Gabapentin.
