Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bumps over the corners of the lips if they are clustered and are fluid filled then they can be due to viral infection caused by Herpes simplex virus causing cold sores and as you have recurring episodes of sores that scab in 2 to 3 days the chances are most probably of cold sores..
Other causes can be bacterial infection, fungal infection, allergic reaction etc..
You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like swab culture for viral and bacterial infection, blood tests etc can be diagnostic..
In case of viral infection anti-viral medications like Acyclovir or Valacyclovir can be helpful in reducing the frequency of disease..
Topical anti-viral ointments should also be applied..
If not viral other conditions can be treated according to cause..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
