Hi,

If you had unprotected sex, need to think of Sexually Transmitted infection if not it can be due to
1. Fungal infection
2. An aphthous ulcer caused due to vitamin deficiency
3. Ingrown hair.
Giving a visit to a gynecologist will help you diagnose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
