General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it is a boil, or an abscess, due to bacterial infection,it need to bi incised and drained, and dressed with a cotton plug inside periodically for few days.
It may not be related to the feiyan tea, or weight reduction.
If it is left untreated, may burst in to the rectum, or out side.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, and diclofenac after the drainage.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
