What Causes Brownish Discharge And Constipation?
I have recently had a period it was brownish discharge no pain with my appetite flucating and I've been constipated for over 3 days. Thing is I have PCOS so I'm not sure if it's that condition or if I'm pregnant. Since I've taken a pregnancy test and it read negative. Could I be pregnant?

This is not because of the PCOD or constipation nor this is the pregnancy but this could be irregular menses your age is highly related with this, which is not mentioned here, chances of pregnancy is just out of question, hope this information helps, take care.
