What Causes Brownish Discharge A Couple Of Days After Using Postinor-2?

I had a period in June 8th and another on the 25th of June before my period came on the 25th i was using Zinnat Table 500mg(cenfuroxime) i used it for 10days. I had sex on the 30th of June/1st of July and took postinor table some 6hours after, this morning 7days after using the postinor 2 i observed a brownish drop, what could this be please? Right now i use Wellwoman vitabiotics and Vit E Tablet.. Iam 38years old.

Its irregular ripening which occurs due to hormonal imbalance.
No need to worry.
Observe your period for 1 month and if still abnormal than you need to undergo ultrasound of uterus and ovaries to see for any cyst in ovaries and hormonal tests like LH, FSH, prolactin.
