What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting While On Lupride And Progynova?

Hi, I am due to have my embryo implanted next week. I am taking Progynova 2mg tablets thrice a day. Also taking lupride 0.4 injection. I have dark brown spottings. Had one scan on 21st and the endo thickness was 8.3. One more scan due on 30th. Is there anything to worry regarding the brown spottings

Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. As you are being administered hormones to prime the uterus for implantation of the embryo, some vaginal discharge may be seen as a side effect. Brownish discharge is due to collection of blood in the cavity some time ago. If there is no respite with rest, please report to your consultant as you are due to receive your embryo soon. The sonogram will help to clarify the situation. Hope this helps.
