Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Brown discharge can be due to infection, intermenstrual spotting due to hormonal disturbances or can be due to pregnancy. If your pregnancy test is negative, thenppregnancy is ruled out.
Chest pain can be due to angina, heartburn due to acid reflux, or some muscular pain.
I would suggest you to consult a physician as soon as possible as angina needs to be treated urgently to avoid further complications.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
