I really appreciate your concern, it could be anything right from the fungal infection of anal region, it could be abscess formation, if it is the bleeding then it could be hemorrhoid or fissures. Overall, such symptoms needs clinical examination for confirmation and treatment till then you can use Povidone Iodine ointment for rectal and surrounding application.
