What Causes Breathlessness During Sleeping?

Hi,sir am a 22 year old male.am working in a bpo night shift.I used to go to bed at 4.30 am daily.during in sleep i feel some one pressing my chest and also my back with a weight of four persons at same time,when i encounter this problem i cant breathe or move or lift my hands and leg and i also cant speak at that time.Is this a medical disorder or my friends advise me this might be a done by evil spirit please help me..
