What Causes Breathing Difficulty?
I have daily and severe episodes of yawning followed by the need for a full breath as If my lungs are not expanding to take all the air in.
I am 44, female, 5.4" and weigh 127 pounds. I do 45 minutes cardio/strenght training/yoga and kick boxing 4 days a week.
