What Causes Brain Fatigue And Unusual Movement In Brain?

Hi,I have a what I can only describe as fogginess and a feeling as if my brain is fuzzy inside, as if there are waves of movement inside the brain. Sometimes when I move I feel as though my skull moves faster than my brain and the brain sloshes slowly to catch up. Questions sometimes seem incomprehensible to me and I have to work through what is asked so I can calculate the result. I feel like I have a cold in my head, that I m not sharp and that thoughts and the view of the world is out of focus slightly.
