General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bleeding through nose, ears and eyes could be caused due to hematological disorders. Sometimes, it can be caused due to Vitamin K deficiency. Kindly get her blood tested for complete hemogram with peripheral smear examination.

Along with that kindly get her bleeding time, clotting time and APTT tests done. Kindly consult Physician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
