What Causes Bowel Movement With Rectal Bleeding?

For the past month or so I have had stomach right before and during bowel movement. Sometime it will be hard or just watery, but will always have some blood mixed in. But recently it has looked like raw bacon with lines of blood in it. Could this be serious?

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
IBS with C with Fissure in ano/or / Proctitis.
The cause of this problem seems to be anal spasm with fissure in ano / or procto-colitis with blood in stools with Sigmoid Spastic Colon.

Other causes (like Croh'ns disease/ Polyposis Coli / Ulcerative Colitis) of such a complaint need to be worked out by Surgeon's Consults.
