General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be recurrent folliculitis episodes. Sugar tests for done to assess for any signs of immunosuppressive states as in such cases lesions recur quite frequently.

During acute attack oral as well as topical antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful however to avoid recurrent attacks skin hygiene should be ensured.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
