What Causes Body Tremors And Excessive Yawning?

last night very early in the morning I experienced what I am experiencing now. I can t stop shaking and yawning. I feel it down to my bones. My neck is sore from tensing up from the shaking and my shoulders are sore too. I did eat some Voortman Vanilla Wafers not long before I went to bed and I had some more about five pm. The shaking started about 15 minitutes ago and it won t stop.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, if shaking persists get your body temperature checked as sometimes food related or systemic infections start like these non specific symptoms. OTC analgesic like acetaminophen can be used. Monitoring of current symptoms for any worsening may be done before visiting your primary care physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
