General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are very young to be suffering from such symptoms. Since you had been taking marijuana smoke and inhaling cigarettes, you are suggested to gradually come out of these addictions. Get connected to a detox center, so that you successfully detox yourself with medical assistance. Tapering the intakes and quitting it leads to side effects that may be uncomfortable to cope with. When you are connected with a local doctor or a detox center your symptoms will be managed and you will remain comfortable.

You are experiencing the side effects of tapering the intakes and it may also be indicative of severe nerve damage, nerve damage causes tingling and may trigger chest pain, acid reflux, etc. Lack of vitamin B6, B12 , poor diet may also contribute to the symptoms. Take home made food rich in vitamins, minerals and protein. You can take antacids and PPIs to ease chest tightness. Stay well hydrated. Avoid stress and take adequate sleep.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
