General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

With such presentations in my clinic, I would send out the blood test to check for anemia and nutritional deficiencies/electrolytes along with full thyroid profile, LFTs, RFTs and CBC. Physical examination being crucial in this scenario, I would suggest you take him to the physician for general physical examination and BP readings.

Till then, say him to have plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration and to take balanced diet. Since he works out, it is important for him to take electrolytes as much daily recommended to replenish any loss while sweating.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Maninder, General & Family Physician
